I work in the industry, and what you got to see in one week is merely the tip of the iceberg. Now imagine the 6-10 years it usually takes of being that guy’s assistant before being promoted to even a jr. exec level.

I did get to sit in on casting. I gave my input, though I am not sure if I changed any opinions. I will have to wait until the movie comes out to know for sure though!
