@anna – the judging is more on how well the video conveys the persons their personality, goals, and aspirations. Plus, uniqueness helps. It’s not how well they come across on video, or how slick their editing is…

I love the girls videos, but I have to say I think it’s sad that through your process you are partially judging them on their video editing ability and creativity. Is that what it takes to get into your program? Could I get a good actor and a good editor together and win? I wonder. I say this because I know that my application, if I had done one would not have been as well edited, or as creative as those selected. I hope that if you do this contest again that you will seriously take this into consideration.
Test and judge on what is actually relevant.
